Obok niego leży 30kg i 15kg sandbag. Do czego służą? Można z nimi wykonać kompletny trening całego ciała - siady, zarzuty, podrzuty, swingi. Można przerzucić worek przez ramię i pobiec sprint na 10m czy na 100m.
